Tasting notes
- NOSE: open with dense aromas of black fruits, chocolate, raisin and toast.
- EYE: the color is a beautiful purple color, slightly tiled on the edge of the glass.
- MOUTH: balanced, powerful and generous. The aromas of fruit and spices dominate. The finish is long with beautiful silky tannins.
How and with what to serve it?
Serve at 18°C – 20°C. To decant just before serving.
Accompanies grilled white meats or all red meats grilled or in sauce as well as cheese.
