How and with what to serve it?
Serve at 18°C – 20°C. To open just before serving, pour delicately into the glasses to leave the deposit at the bottom of the bottle or possibly decant. Note: during the aging of red wines, a deposit naturally forms in the bottle.
Accompanies all red meats grilled or in sauce as well as cheese.
Guard time
To drink now, it can be kept for a few more years without difficulty in suitable conditions.
