Aging in barrels.
Tasting Notes
- NOSE: blackcurrant and chocolate.
- EYE: beautiful deep garnet red color.
- MOUTH: very powerful and balanced by a good level of acidity. Lots of fruit. The tannins are powerful and the wine has good length.
How and with what to serve it?
Serve at 18°C – 20°C. To decant half an hour before serving.
Accompanies all red meats grilled or in sauce as well as cheese.

Drink now, it can be kept for another 5 years without difficulty in suitable conditions.
